It looks like Ohio is shaping up as this year's Florida. Fox--like they did in 2000--jumped the gun and called Ohio for Bush way before anyone else did. Only NBC has called Ohio for Bush as well. ABC, CBS and CNN are holding out because of the provisional ballots.

A lot of legal challenges are going on in Ohio right now, and there were reports of people waiting 4-5 hours in the rain to vote because there were not enough voting booths in the big cities where Democrats are favored to win.

It looks like the Republicans will retain control of the Senate and the House.
