Bush's Sleight of Hand Tax TricksPresident Junior has learned from Pappy's faux pas. He's not gonna fall for that "read my lips, no new taxes" trap, see. He'll just call them "fees":

Bush is adamantly against raising taxes, he's increasingly comfortable with imposing billions of dollars in new government fees, as the airline, commodities and shipping industries have discovered.Gee, Mr. Bush, what happened to the concept of small government? No wonder some conservatives don't even recognize you anymore.
