Ralph Reed Concedes Defeat

In the end, he just couldn't quit Jack:

ATLANTA - Former Christian Coalition leader Ralph Reed, unable to overcome his ties to disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff, conceded defeat Tuesday in Georgia’s Republican race for lieutenant governor.

Reed's Christian Coalition credentials -- albeit for political expediency --wasn't enough to erase the image of him playing ball with Abramoff. This hopefully puts an end to his future political prospects, even if it's just for city dog pound catcher.
