And oh, if you're waiting for him to update the union on Katrina, don't. Katrina doesn't even merit a word. Not. a. one.

So, how will this SOTU be received? If Bush's 28% approval rating is any indication, not very well. Interestingly enough, our image in the rest of the world plunges to the same level as his does. Coincidence?
