Rudy Hearts Hugo

Or at least his lobbying fees:

Rudolph W. Giuliani’s law firm has lobbied for years on behalf of an oil company controlled by the Venezuelan president, Hugo Chávez, a strident critic of President Bush and American-style capitalism.
So Rudy's firm shills for the fiery South American socialist leader who previously called Bush a drunkard, a coward and the devil. Not that I care, but considering how conservatives go into histrionics everytime Chavez tweaks Dear Leader, they probably would.

Oh, the article also mentioned that in 1989, Giuliani's firm represented Panama under its then leader Manuel Noriega.

Adding to his questionable taste in clients is his questionable taste in associates like ex-driver/bodyguard Bernard Kerik, whom Rudy recommended to be Secretary of Homeland Security. Only a Senate confirmation hearing saved us from that disaster.

Remember him? Well, it seems Bernie might go to jail.
