Another Day of ReckoningOh, how the mighty fall. This time it's one of Bush's good buddies:Proceedings against Mr. Berlusconi, who is standing trial with 12 others - including his former British lawyer, David Mills - will reopen next Monday.Unfortunately, the same article adds that Silvio Berlusconi and his lawyer may not end up doing any jail time because in 2005, the statute of limitations for white collar crimes was reduced by the Italian government under the leadership of, you guessed it, Silvio Berlusconi. Just in the nick of time, eh Silvio? He may not go to prison, but this high profile trial might just be the ticket to end Berlusconi's political career once and for all.
