Vatican May Allow Condom Use

This is a good start. The Vatican still holds sway among millions of Catholics, and considering the U.N. report that there are now 39.5 million HIV-infected people around the world and growing, it's the socially responsible thing to do, albeit decades late.

I'm not happy about the "lesser than two evils" qualifier and the requirement that it's only okay for married couples, but I guess it's Papa Ratzi's way of saving face.
