Toolbag Comment of the DayJohn "Hindrocket" Hinderaker, on McCain losing count of his McMansions:I can relate, though. For example, if a reporter asked me how many ties I own, there’s no way I could answer. Just like McCain, I’d tell him he has to ask my wife. Likewise if someone wants to know how many Wii games my kids have...Uhm yeah, because we all collect houses like we collect ties and video games, and if we lose them we can just go to our local K-Mart and get new ones on the cheap! There's also this: The truth is that McCain isn’t out of touch with “ordinary people” because he’s rich, he’s out of touch with his own domestic arrangements because he cares little about material things, and for many years has devoted his extraordinary energies not to enjoying his wife’s money, but to serving the American people. Given the number of nights he’s spent in hotels or on military bases over the last few years, it’s no wonder he hasn’t seen much of his wife’s condos.Even parody can't top that. Then again, this is the Hindrocket who previously wrote the most. toolbaggery. comment. ever: It must be very strange to be President Bush. A man of extraordinary vision and brilliance approaching to genius, he can't get anyone to notice. He is like a great painter or musician who is ahead of his time, and who unveils one masterpiece after another to a reception that, when not bored, is hostile.Oh, the toolbaggery. It burrrns.
