Why Does God Hate Georgia?

Still no rain for parched Georgia:

"We respectfully pray up a storm," Perdue told a crowd that gathered on Tuesday outside the Capitol, which houses the state legislature.

"It is time to appeal to Him who can and will make a difference."

Governor Purdue doesn't explain why he believes wishing for rain from Santa Jesus is more effective than correcting Georgia's chronic water mismanagement which also caused the state its first serious drought in 1986.
